Comprehensive home energy upgrade — covers insulation, air sealing, HVAC, and water heater upgrades.
Eligibility: All PSE&G residential customers with single-family or multi-family (up to 4 units)
Up to $7,500
PSE&G Building Decarbonization — Clean Heat
Fully decommission fossil fuel heating and switch to a heat pump. Adders: $2,000 decommissioning bonus, $2,000 re-ducting, $2,000 per additional unit.
Eligibility: PSE&G Electric customers, retrofit only
Up to $10,000 (LMI: $12,000)
PSE&G Building Decarbonization — Dual Heat
Keep existing fossil fuel system and add a heat pump for supplemental heating/cooling.
Eligibility: PSE&G Electric customers, retrofit only
Up to $5,000 (LMI: $6,000)
PSE&G Building Decarbonization — Hybrid Heat
Replace cooling system only with a heat pump.
Eligibility: PSE&G Electric customers, retrofit only
Up to $2,000 (LMI: $3,000)
Water Heater Rebates
Post-purchase rebate for qualifying water heaters.
Eligibility: PSE&G customers
$750 heat pump / $500 tankless / $400 gas storage
0% On Bill Repayment up to $50,000 for heat pump projects, $25,000 for others
